This past year has been both challenging and heartwarming at times. Thankfully, I have managed to maintain a positive attitude and a grateful heart all during my chemo and radiation. The doctors, nurses, and staff at Atlanta Oncology Associates were absolutely great, and made so comfortable as I finally managed to lose my long held modesty.
Sometimes life takes us down a path we would never choose, but I have crossed paths with so many wonderful people I would never have met had it not been for my cancer. I found so many blessings in my cancer journey, and I now have a circle of “my new breast friends”
