 I was diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer in December 2015. After going through chemo, my oncologist referred me to Atlanta Oncology at Cowles Clinic at Lake Oconee for radiation treatments. My first encounter was with Paula at the front desk.  She is charming, friendly and caring professional.  She was always asking how I was feeling and was always helpful in scheduling my appointments to fit my schedule and helpful in finding a solution to an error in billing to my insurance company.  She made a stressful situation much more pleasant.  I was then introduced to Dr. Wolski and his staff. He was pleasant and made sure I understood what I was facing. I cannot say enough good things about his staff! Ben, Melissa, and Jessica made my journey through radiation easy and painless. They were all seemingly interested in how I was feeling and were always there with answer to my questions and fears. Atlanta Oncology made a very scary time in my life more bearable with their caring and support. Because of the success of the chemo and radiation, I did not have to endure any surgery. The tumor shrunk to being almost imperceptible with only scar tissue and all the cancer cells were destroyed. All scans since finishing treatments have shown no signs of cancer. I will forever be grateful for Atlanta Oncology and the super staff there. I owe you many many thanks!
